Judith Michelle Williams

Judith Michelle Williams is a leading expert on building inclusive cultures whose expertise encompasses business and the arts. Her work has included designing programs to accelerate women’s careers, mitigating unconscious bias, and promoting the overall well-being of global workforces.

Williams has transformed numerous tech companies, serving as head of people sustainability and chief diversity and inclusion officer at SAP. She also did similar work at Dropbox and Google. Prior to her business career, she was an assistant college professor whose research explored gender, race, and national identity in theater and popular culture.

Williams serves on the boards of Brighton Park Capitol and ESSEC International and participated in the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Equality and Inclusion. She also supports nonprofits that provide resources to the unhoused and formerly incarcerated.

A proud Harvard volunteer, she is a Harvard Alumni Association director for Harvard College, a member of the Harvard Club of San Francisco and the Harvard Black Alumni Society, and a former Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Board task force member. As an undergraduate, she directed numerous productions with the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club and participated in Harvard Model Congress.
