Kim Rivera

A strategic advisor, executive, and lawyer with a global perspective, Kim Rivera is committed to advancing inclusion and opportunity across education, business, and law.

Raised in Puerto Rico and Paraguay, Rivera attended Harvard Law School and rose to become a senior executive and board member for public companies in consumer products, health, and technology. Before her current position as chief legal and business affairs officer at OneTrust, she was president of strategy and business management and chief legal officer at HP (formerly Hewlett-Packard).

She is a member of the Harvard Latino Alumni Association, the HLS Visiting Committee, and the HLS Dean’s Alumni Advisory Council. As a student, she participated in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, the Prison Legal Assistance Program, and La Alianza.

A recognized leader for diversity and inclusion, Rivera was named among the nation’s most influential Latinas by Latino Leaders Magazine. She has received the Burton Legends in Law Award and the HLS Center on the Legal Profession’s Professional Excellence Award, among numerous honors.

“I’m passionate about improving educational opportunities for underrepresented students, and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the legal profession and in corporate and community leadership.”

Her board experience includes service with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (chair-elect), Thomson Reuters, Cano Health, the American Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley, and the California Latino Community Foundation.
