Edward Rocha is a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker who is dedicated to multicultural education and elevating unrepresented voices.  

Rocha is founder and president of Rola Corporation, a language education company, and Rola Languages, an international language school. As part of this work, he has written and published bilingual language workbooks and children’s books. He is also chief executive officer of The Morning Goals, LLC, a coaching and consulting practice for entrepreneurs and creative professionals. He was previously vice president of business development at Dutchess Capital Management and director of investor relations at Solios Asset Management.   

Rocha is co-founder, president emeritus, and former vice president of the Harvard Latino Alumni Alliance. While a student at Harvard, he was a community liaison for Harvard-Radcliffe RAZA, president of the Harvard Association for Cultivating Inter-American Democracy, co-chair for Concilio Latino, and the co-coordinator for the RALLY after-school program.    

He serves on the boards of the Tremont School and Mystic Valley Elder Services and is a committee member of the Cummings Foundation, which awards grants to nonprofits, and Greenlight Fund Boston, which partners with local communities to address challenges.

I hope to continue strengthening the alumni community, to increase engagement among alumni of color, and to provide current students with opportunities by connecting them with alumni.”
